When I dont work and im just hanging around the house my heels dont hurt, it
seems to be its worst in the morning and after sitting for awhile.Not long
ago i was sick and didnt work for a week and didnt have alot of heel pain
then but when i got back to work and wearing my tennis shoes then the pain
got alot worse.
