   I'm not talking about a state of martial law being declared so the 
   military can go in and force stability by force of arms. I'm talking
   about humitarian aid. 4 day is a little long for this to start happening 
   on mass by a Nation with the resources of ours. It's easy for us to sit 
   back and say 4 days isn't that bad unless you down there where it happened
   then I'm sure, 4 days is a HELL OF A LONG TIME!!!!
