I don't get it either then; I've just tested it on C++ Builder 5 Prof
Service Pack 1 and it compiles no problem (as long as you've got the
closing semicolon).  

Are you sure that there is no other class preceeding this one in the same
header file OR another file in the same project that has its ending
semicolon missing ?  If that were the case it would be treating "class
Blubb{}" as a potential list of instance names for the preceeding class.
