Most BBS Softwares don't. Things like that have almost always been third 
party utilities. If you want Synch to have one, code one. If not, then deal 
with the reality of the fact that until someone does code one, it won't.

Admittedly it would be nice if it did, but it doesn't make or break a BBS 
software to have or not have one.
