Just because the NC doesn't want it, doesn't mean the base can't be created (unoficially). If someone wanted to make an unoficial xpresit base, there wouldnt be anything I could do about it. Altho i also wouldn't really care if anyone did that either. My main problem with Dovenet is the attitudes of alot of the people there. I've seen DM flame so many people for asking legit questions. I've also heard from people who have been flamed by him for that. The atmosphere there is more flamable than the one Jupiter has (all hydrogen gas), and DM not only does nothing about it, but adds to it. His programming support for people helping with synch is great, but his Sysop support for new synch sysops sucks.
