Watch sequence in route.cfg, Squish works from top to bottom, first match wins!

Means:
"Small" routing first (i.e. single systems, small groups of systems, ...), 
global routing last (at bottom). Don't leave anything with "normal" flavour in 
your outbound, it can be caught by a command somewhere in route.cfg.

Sequence used by you above is the way to not to route anything to your point 
because everything is taken by first statement (1:11/200.11 matches 1:ALL).

To enable file routing (being mentioned above with keyword "file") you must 
activate some keywords in squish.cfg:

ForwardFromFile and ForwardToFile.

ForwardFromFile <list of systems being accepted for file routing, i.e. 
1:ALL/ALL.ALL 2:ALL/ALL.ALL 3:ALL/ALL.ALL 4:ALL/ALL.ALL 5:ALL/ALL.ALL 
6:ALL/ALL.ALL to accept files from all Fido systems>

ForwardToFile 1:11/200.11 (or more systems, more global statements)

You only add addresses with Address statement to your squish.cfg when they are 
valid for your own system. When you want to have your system believe to be .1 
as well as .0 you should add it.
