The "standard" (at w3c.org) is ambiguous on this point (doesn't say
specifically either way), but my O'Reilly HTML & XHTML "definitive guide" (4th
ed) specifically shows the "value" attribute not supported in type="image"
input fields, which agrees with Microsoft's HTML reference.
