That was the idea. Rename of otherwise stop the filter. As it turns out, 
the filter would make no difference according to DM. I just had a memory 
where I could no send or receive e-mail and when I dropped on of the 
blacklist servers out of the config file, things started working again.

I'd go along with DM ad think that your ISP is blocking the port.
