Again the market wandered aimlessly.  Nobody seemed to care, volume was
-12% below average.  So investors were neither anxious sellers nor
buyers.  This indicates there wasn't a lot of fear, but neither much
conviction.

Next week options expire, so I'd be expecting volatility and higher
volume.

Timing Signals:  I don't use or recommend timing signals, but they're
fun to watch.  If I did though, well, I might use something like this.
(Be warned!!  It tends to whipsaw around signal points!)
