Subj: CITY] Move 2: A Note To Players

Moves, as I said before, will be bi-monthly. Also, each message I send will be
CCed to the person it relates to as well as the Echo. Please make sure that
your responses also go to both the echo and myself, and from Move 3 or 4 on,
the other players. That way, if the echo encounters anymore problems, we can
still keep the game going.
