I have the swags from Janis's site. The problem is that they either go FULL 
Julian to Date (which won't work, since FULL julian is not # of days from Jan 
1, but Num of days from an arbitrary date, including years. So Full julian 
dates are like 5-6 digits long.), or they are Data to Small Julian. My logic 
was to go Small Julian to Date.
