Is the new harddrive of the same size? In that case use mirroring. If not, if
the new drive is lager use either a product like Ghost for netware or Server
magic to transfer the files to the new drive. Several backup program's 
(ArcServe
comes to mind) also have the possibility to create a copy of one volume on
another volume.

Might be, but I don't think so. Migrate will usualy transfer files to a
different server.
