I dont read that either.  However, one of the reasons I, and others, keep 
asking, is simply because he keeps beating around the bush.  Evading the 
question makes it look like he has something to hide.  All he had to say was, I 
have permissison, and I moderate such and such, and all this would not have 
taken up so much bandwidth
