I don't think there's any justification to use them in a public echo...they 
certainly don't add anything to the discussion, since I believe Ross's
compaint was not so much about the language Roy used, but other issues.

Of sourse, I could be mistaken, and maybe Ross was really upset about the 
language.

In any event, it would appeart that only are we all free to use explatives, but 
we are also free to complain about the use thereof.
