Or Process Explorer (from www.sysinternals.com).

Process Explorer shows the full path of the executable and it's pretty easy to
look-up the filename on the 'net if you're not sure. There are also programs
like WinPatrol that do this kind of thing for you (tell what each process
you're running is, where it came from, if it's safe, etc.).
