Federal Information Exchange (FEDIX) FEDIX is an information link between the Federal government and academia, providing on-line information on agency research opportunities, program contacts, scholarships, research equipment, procurement notices, and minority opportunities. You can access the latest program guidelines and abstracts of previously funded research projects. FEDIX also provides an electronic mail feature enabling users to communicate with the systems operators.
