The AV video out loses synch when launching video monitor 1.0.1, or FusionRecorder 1.0.2. WHEN monitor is set to millions, this forces a restart. (also happens in 7.5b2) removing PowerPC Enabler 101 and replacing it with PowerPC Enabler 1.0, and !Power AV Update solves the problem. Impacts : anyone with an AV PowerMac. Steps to reproduce: Power Macintosh AV, any monitor set to Millions.
