When you download a file with Hotline, it will be placed in this folder. 

If you want to use a different folder for downloads, make an alias to that folder, name it "Downloads" and put it in the same folder as Hotline.

You can also option-click the Download button in Hotline if you want the standard "Save As" window to come up.
