[Grafterm 2.4]

This is a basic Tektronix and vt100 terminal emulator with support for
Tektronix 4010/4014 style line graphics.  It's fairly old and may or
may not be compatible with later hardware and systems (it does work on
an SE/30 running system 6.0.5) but since a recent search of the
archives turned up NO shareware or freeware Tektronix emulators and
since it will be referenced in the FAQ for comp.sys.mac.comm, I
thought, I'd upload it.
