AI-ED Society Elections and Request for Nominations
                    (Deadline: April 30, 1995)

The Constitution of the AI-ED Society requires that its members elect a
President, a President-elect and 8 new members for its Executive
Committee, all to take office immediately after AI-ED 95 (i.e. August
20 1995).  We are therefore inviting Society members to nominate
individuals for these positions.

The duties of the President, the President-elect and the Executive 
Committee are defined by the Constitution, a copy of which may be
obtained from AACE.  The President's term of office is two years,
the President-elect's two years (before becoming President for a
further two years), and the Committee member's six years.

Nominated individuals must be members of the Society.  Nominations must
be supported by a proposer and may be supported by a statement from the
nominee of no more than 200 words.  Voting forms will be distributed
with the next issue of JAIED, and the results announced in the following 
issue.

Please send your nomination on the form below in the envelope enclosed,
to be received by AACE by April 30, 1995.
