 .300-600 -- Hawaiians Immagrated from somewhere in the south Pacific.

 .1778 -- Captain Cook came to the islands, and the first written words about the Hawaiian people in history. (berfore then, the Islanders were told stories to remind them of thier past.)

 .1778-1820 -- British merchants, whalers, and missionaries come to the Islands.

 .1795 -- Kahmehameha becomes king.

 .1819 -- King Kamehameha dies, his son Kamehameha 2 begins his reighn.

 .1822 -- Printing of books and histories of the Hawaiians begin.

 .1824 -- King Kamehameha 2 dies, and his little brother, Kamehameha 3 takes the throne at age 11.
 
 .1834 -- Newspapers begin.

 .1848 -- King signs Mahele, which is somthing to do with the land ownership.

 .1852 -- Chinese come to Islands in groups, to settle there.

 .1854 -- Kamehameha 3 dies. Kamehameha 4 becomes king.

 .1863 -- Kamehameha 4 dies, Kamehameha 5 begins to rule.
 
 .1865 -- Japanese come in groups. They displaced the British in the prossess.

 .1872 -- Kamehameha 5 dies, and a man origanally called William Lillikani took his place and named himself Kamehameha.

 .1874 -- King Lillikani dies, and David Kalakua is elected king.

 .1878 -- Germans come to Hawaii in groups.

 .1881 -- Portuguese come in groups.

 .1891 -- King Kalakaua dies, and Lili'oukalani becomes Queen.

 .1893 -- Queen surrenders Hawaii to United States under protest.

 .July 7, 1893 -- Hawaii is enslaved by the horrible U.S. overlords.

 .1901 -- Purto Ricans come to islands.

 .1901 -- Indians come in groups.
 
 .1903 -- Koreans arrive in groups.

 .1912 -- Fillipinos come in groups.

 .1959 -- Hawaii became subjugated through statehood, never to ruturn..
