You can secure a step-by-step cookbook in the form of a standalone WordPerfect
Presentations Slideshow by fetching the self-extracting archive located at:

	gopher://psulias.psu.edu:170/0[_lcs._decus]cook_f94.exe

While this presentation from the December 1994 DECUS Symposia is oriented to
the 1.2VMS-1 server and its installation, all the basics for installing
virtually any server produced under the umbrella of the VMSGopher-L community
are found there.  When newer versions becomes available, they will still be
obvious by their "cook" name and a later revision (e.g., cook_s96.exe).

Deposit this self-extracting archive in an empty directory on an INTEL-based
personal computer and, under DOS, execute it.   The directory will be
populated by two subdirectories -- \DOS and \WIN, and inside these directories
will be the standalone slideshows.  The type and  resolution of your monitor
dictates which show you should run:  _vga for a vga resolution, _s3 for an
SVGA resolution:

	DOS:	c:...\dos> show cook_s3
		c:...\dos> show cook_vga

	WINDOWS:	(working directory c:...\win)
		command: show.exe cook_s3
		command: show.exe cook_vga
