Jay's FO is a feature object which gives it's users a few new emotes and utilities to enhance their vitural experience. All verbs are documented and Jay (#8438) would be more than happy to explain their usage.

Emotes:
bye [player] - waves goodbye
hi [player] - waves hello
hold [player] - show someone that you care ;-)
whuggle [player] - a happy little hug (dedicated to Myra)
+[player] [message] - seen remote actions to a player (emote-paging, if you will)

Utilities:
newts - gives a detailed listing of the MOO's current newts
typo - oops, silly typos
@paste [players] - pastes a large amount of text to the room, or to certian players
homeof [player] - returns the player's current MOO-home
pronouns - gives a good explanation of how the MOO's pronoun system works
cls - clears your screen of text (veerrrry useful)
time - returns the current time (in your time zone, if you set it.)
@vwho - a verbose @who; it gives detailed info on connected players
