Over the years while making use of statistical methods, I felt a need for
some software which would advise on the proper way to deal with data analysis.
Increasingly the web is being used for data analysis, and it is to this that I
wish to contribute a great deal.
Having just started learning JAVA, I have tried to employ the limited skills I
possess to program a small applet for advise on appropriate tests for
comparison of mean/median of two or more populations.

The zip file contains three files -:
1. README (this file)
2. statcon.class (a compiled JAVA applet file)
3. statcon.html (an html file which should be viewed using a web browser)

Before proceeding edit the html file in  to set any paths if necessary.
Choose the type of data, population, sample size and click suggest.

To clear the info press clear.

Kindly note that using the mouse, all choices may not appear. So scroll down
by using the down arrow key to list all possible choices, especially in the

type of data menu.
