This folder contains archives of Bionet and related network news.
The archive starts from December 1991.  You can browse the
archive thru its folders, or use the search question "Bionet at IUBio"
to search for articles based on key words.

You can use the "Bionet via Genbank.Bio.Net" question to search the
archives at that location maintained by Dave Kristofferson, which 
extend to the start of the BioSci/Bionet newsgroup.

When searching "Bionet at IUBio", you can use the following special symbols
in words to search for:
   red NOT green  -- boolean NOT, find subjects with "red" but not "green"
   red green      -- find subjects with both or either key word.  This
                     is standard WAIS searching, where items with both
                     words are returned first.
   red >200.100   -- ">" is key symbol say how many items to return.  The
                     first number is the total list size, the second is
                     the number to display.  So this example returns
                     200 items, and displays the top 100 (with a long list
                     of 200 headers).
