*  Setting up Incoming Access  *

1.  Open web interface.
2.  Find Incoming Access on the left side of the window.
3.  Click on the Add new link below it.
4.  Add	Hostname or IP address. (IP addresses and hostnames can use wildcards. 
    10.0.* or *.domain.com are valid)
5.  Add index number.  This will add a site in the search order.  Tortoise starts at 0.
	Tortoise use the first matching entry it finds. (Be careful with wildcard)
	The range is 0-250
6.  This will bring you to the configuration window for the new host(s) access.

Options:

	Index - Search index for access. (You can see the index for all sites in the 
		Incoming Access table.)
	Max Connections - Maximum number of connections from this host(s). 
		This applies for incoming feeds as well as readers.
	Streaming - If this is an incoming feed, allow streaming. (i.e. check/takethis)
	Rights - There are currently three rights in Tortoise: read post transfer.
		Read - allow this host(s) to read from groups on the server.
		Post - allow this host(s) to post to groups on the serve
		Transfer - allow this host(s) to send a feed to the server.
		Format for rights should be the full word (i.e. post) seperated by a space.
		EX. post read or read post


	Update Information - Click this button when you have finished configuring access.
