* Setting up an outgoing Feed *
**********************************

1. Open web interface.
2. Find Outgoing Feeds on the left side of the window.
3. Click on the Add button below it.
4. Add a label for the host.
5. If you wish to copy configuration from another site choose this site in the box.
6. This will bring you to the configuration window for the new site you created.

Options:
Hostname - FQDN or IP address of the host you wish to feed.
Port - Port on the remote end to send the feed to. (normally 119)
Maxqfiles - Number of backlogged queue files to keep for this site.
Each queue file is 10 minutes worth of news.
Connections - Number of connections to remote host. (Normally between 3-10)
Realtime - With realtime turned it will feed the site from the latest articles
coming in. It will still backlog for a site, but it will not get to
the backlog unless the site is keeping up with the current flow. Turning
realtime off will run directly from the queue files.
RequeuesAllowed - If a site returns the try again, do we try again.
DoStreaming - Use streaming protocol for article transmission.
		(Otherwise we use IHAVE)
Dequeue - This will check in the pre-commit cache to see if a site has offered us the
article before. Useful for when incoming feeds are very closely bunched.
FeedSpec - Determines what articles we will send a site. See the manual for information on feed specifiers.
Update Information - Click this button when you have finished configuring the feed.
