The other files in this menu are a document that details a new technique
for cleanup of contaminated soil and groundwater that currently is a
three volume set (report, technical appendix, bibliography).

The whole deal (all three parts) is about 370K in ascii format.

The report has the sexy title of : "Bio-Anaerobic Reduction and
Re-oxidation for Decontamination of Soil and Groundwater".  It is
abbreviated as BARR.
