     At the request of appellant Leron Coleman, by and through his
attorney, Raymond S. Gruss, we dismiss his appeal.  Appellee City

of Garfield Heights had no objections.
     Appeal dismissed.
     This case is dismissed.
     It is ordered  that appellee recover of appellant its  costs
herein taxed.
