     Application for alternative writ of prohibition and motion for
stay of proceedings is denied.  Based on the filings submitted, it
appears that the parties and claims in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas
Court Case No. 359785 and Summit County Common Pleas Court Case No.
CV. 98 05 1942 are not identical.  If the parties and claims of the
two cases are not identical, the principles of concurrent  juris-
diction do not apply.  State ex rel. Dannaher v. Crawford (1997),
78 Ohio St.3d 391,  678 N.E.2d 549, and  State ex rel. Judson  v.
Spahr (1987), 33 Ohio St.3d 111, 515 N.E.2d 911.  The other argu-
ments submitted by relators -- the risk of inconsistent  results,
the potential  irreparable harm to relators  if the writ of  pos-
session is granted, the  principles of real property law and  the
nature of summary hearings  -- do not clearly establish that  the
respondents lack jurisdiction to  hear a writ of possession on  a
forcible entry and detainer claim.
     The respondents shall have until March 18, 1999, in which to
answer and/or file a dispositive motion.
