     In Entry No. 6219  dated August 9, 1999, this court  ordered
relator to deposit the sum of  $100 with the clerk of this  court
pursuant to Loc.App.R. 45(A) within ten days of the date of  that
entry.  Relator has not made the requisite deposit.
     Accordingly, this action is dismissed sua sponte for failure
to comply with this court's order in Entry No. 6219.  See Thornton
v. Sears Optical (May  19, 1999), Cuyahoga App. No. 76238,  unre-
ported; Thornton v. Sears Optical (May 19, 1999), Cuyahoga App. No.
76239, unreported; State ex  rel. Woods v. Boyle (May 19,  1999),
Cuyahoga App. No. 76328, unreported.  Relator to pay costs.
