     Sua  sponte, the  application for  a writ  of procedendo  is
dismissed for noncompliance with Loc.App.R. 8(B)(1).  Relator has
failed to attach the required supporting affidavit that specifies
the details of his claim.  See State ex rel. Key v. Court of Common
Pleas(Jan. 9, 1997), Cuyahoga App. No. 71680, unreported; State ex
rel. Taylor v. Court of Common Pleas (Nov. 14, 1996), Cuyahoga App.
