BLACKMON,A.J.: Frederick Wright, relator, commenced this action to compel respondent, Judge Nancy Fuerst, to grant him an additional two hundred fifty-four or two hundred sixty days of jail time credit in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Case Nos. CR-345918, 358136, 359949 and 345839. Respondent moved for summary judgment and attached certified copies of journal entries from the above cases that show that relator waived his right to claim credit for time served. Any further dispute concerning the calculation of jail time credit must be considered through a direct appeal. State ex rel. McCool v. Callahan (Oct. 2, 1997), Cuyahoga App. No. 72971, unreported. Relief in mandamus is inappropriate. Id. Furthermore, relator failed to comply with Loc.App.R. 8(B)(1), which requires that complaints in original actions be supported by a detailed affidavit. Noncompliance warrants dismissal. State ex rel. Simmons v. Angelotta (June 12, 1997), Cuyahoga App. No. 72198, unreported. Accordingly, respondent's motion for summary judgment is granted.
