PATRICIA A. BLACKMON,A.J.:
     Lloyd Langston, relator,  is seeking a  writ of mandamus  to
compel the trial court to issue findings of fact and conclusions of
law for a petition for postconviction relief filed July 22, 1997,
in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Case No. CR-337960.  The
prosecutor supplied a certified copy of the requested findings that
were filed June 8, 1998, and moved for summary judgment on grounds
of  mootness.   Since the  requested relief  has been  performed,
rendering this action  moot, the motion  for summary judgment  is
granted. See State ex rel. Jerningham v. Cuyahoga County Court of
Common Pleas (1996), 74 Ohio St.3d 278, 658 N.E.2d 723.  Costs to
respondent.
