PATRICIA A. BLACKMON,A.J.:
     Bobby Harris, relator, is seeking a writ of mandamus to compel
the trial court to issue findings of fact and conclusions of  law
for a  petition  for postconviction  relief  that was  denied  in
October, 1996, in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Case No. CR-
283786. The prosecutor supplied a certified copy of the requested
findings that were filed April 17, 1998, and moved to dismiss the
petition on grounds of mootness.  Since the requested relief  has
been performed, this action is moot.  State ex rel. Jerningham v.
Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas (1996), 74 Ohio St.3d  278,
658 N.E.2d 723.
     Case dismissed.  Costs to repondent.
