BLACKMON, A.J.: On January 20, 1998, the relator, William Hunt, commenced this -2- andamus action against the respondent, Judge Judith Kilbane Koch, o compel the judge to issue findings of fact and conclusions of law or a postconviction relief petition which Mr. Hunt filed on eptember 16, 1996, in the underlying case, State of Ohio v. William unt, Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Case No. CR-309158. On arch 3, 1998, the respondent, through the Cuyahoga County rosecutor, moved for summary judgment on the grounds of mootness. ttached to the dispositive motion was a copy of a certified, signed nd file-stamped journal entry containing the requisite findings of act and conclusions of law for Mr. Hunt's petition. This ttachment establishes that the judge has fulfilled her duty to ssue the findings of fact and conclusions of law and that Mr. Hunt as received the relief he has requested, a resolution of his ostconviction petition.
