DATE OF JOURNALIZATION : APPEARANCES: For relator : SANDRA SENDER, pro se #31674-060 FMC Carswell - RR4 Post Office Box 27137 Forth Worth, TX 76127-0137 For respondent : STEPHANIE TUBBS-JONES Cuyahoga County Prosecutor ARTHUR A. ELKINS, Assistant Justice Center, Courts Tower 1200 Ontario Street Cleveland, Ohio 44113 -2- PATRICIA A. BLACKMON,A.J.: Relator, Sandra Sender, seeks a writ of mandamus in order to compel the respondent, the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, to render rulings with regard to four post-judgment motions as filed in the underlying cases of State v. Sender, Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Case Nos. CR-333449 and CR-338032. The relator filed a motion for order stating satisfaction date and release date from detainer filed by Cuyahoga County Sheriff and a motion for court to enter an order dismissing detainer with prejudice in CR-333449 and CR-338032. The respondent has filed a motion for summary judgment which this court grants for the following reason. Attached to the respondent's motion for summary judgment are copies of journalized judgments that demonstrate that each of the relator's motions have been denied by the respondent. Thus, the relator's request for mandamus is moot. State ex rel. Gantt V. Coleman (1983), 6 Ohio St.3d 5; State ex rel. Jerningham v. Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas (1996), 74 Ohio St.3d 278. Accordingly, the respondents's motion for summary judgment is granted. Costs to respondent. Writ denied. JAMES M. PORTER, J., CONCURS .
