     Respondent Judge Lillian Greene's Motion for Summary Judgment
based on  mootness is granted.   Respondent  Greene reissued  her
Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law in C.P. Case No. CR-306337
and ordered the clerk of court to serve the findings on relator.
     Sua sponte,  case is dismissed  as to  respondent Gerald  E.
Fuerst since the relief requested has been performed.  Respondent
Greene has ordered the clerk  of court to serve relator with  the
rulings made in C.P. Case No. CR-306337.
     Case dismissed.  Costs to relator.
