     Respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment based on mootness is
granted.   As  evidenced by  Exhibit  A to  respondent's  motion,
respondent issued Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law in Common
Pleas Case No. CR-315106 on July 29, 1997.  The relief  requested
having been performed, this action is now moot.
     Writ dismissed.  Costs to relator.
