     Sua sponte,  Petition for  Writ of  Mandamus is dismissed  for
failure  to  comply with  Loc.  App.  R. 8(B)(1)  which  requires a
supporting affidavit that details the claim(s) of a relator.  State
ex rel. Key v. Court of Common  Pleas (Jan. 9, 1997), Cuyahoga App.
No. 71680, unreported; State  ex rel. Iacovone v. Fuerst  (Oct. 21,
1996), Cuyahoga App.  No. 71406, unreported.   Relator indicated in
his  petition that  he  is aware  of the  requirement  and that  he
chooses not to comply with the rule.  In addition, relator  has not
complied with  Civ. R. 10 which requires the names and addresses of
all parties in the caption of  the petition and numbered paragraphs
in the  body  of the  petition  which set  forth  a single  set  of
circumstances in each paragraph  with respect to each claim.   Loc.
App. R. 1(B); Civ. R. 10.
     Case dismissed.  Relator to pay costs.
