 C.J.:
     Relator requests that  this court  compel respondent judge  to
issue findings of fact  and conclusions of law with respect  to the
petition  for postconviction  relief filed  by relator in  State v.
Laguta, Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Case No. CR-275462 on
January 28, 1994.
     Respondent has not responded to  the complaint.  Nevertheless,
a review of  the docket reflects that findings of  fact and conclu-
sions  of law were issued by  respondent and received for filing by
the clerk on April 14, 1994.
     Accordingly,  relator's  complaint  is  dismissed sua  sponte.
Relator to pay costs.
     Writ dismissed.
