     Motion  to dismiss or, in  the alternative, motion for summary
judgment is granted.   Relator has (1) failed again to  support his
petition with an affidavit  specifying the details of his  claim as
required by  Loc. App.  R. 8(B)(1);  (2) failed  to allege a  clear
legal duty of the prosecutor to order the clerk of court  to notify
relator of costs of unspecified public records or to produce public
records; and (3) failed  again to allege a clear legal  duty of the
clerk of  court to notify  relator of the costs  of public records.

     Case dismissed.  Costs to relator.
