to Federal Court.   Pursuant to  Section 1446(D), Title 28,  U.S.
Code  this court is  prohibited from further  proceedings in this
action "unless  and until  the case  is remanded."   Accordingly,
this action  is terminated  unless  and until  the Federal  Court
