Appellant Clarence Black appeals from a delinquency judication by the juvenile court. His sole assignment of error mplains that the juvenile court accepted his admission without rst informing him of his right to counsel as required by Juv.R. (B). The state concedes that the juvenile court did not comply th Juv.R. 29 and asks that this matter be remanded for a hearing. Having reviewed the record, we find appellant's gument has merit. We therefore sustain the assigned error and mand with instructions to conduct a new hearing in accordance th Juv.R. 29.
