PER CURIAM:
     In Common Pleas  Court Case No.  D-238126 appellant sought  to
register a  foreign  decree.    After  this  petition  was  denied,
appellant filed  to vacate the  judgment.   On July 11,  1995, this
motion was denied. 
     On  November  9, 1995,  appellant  filed  a notice  of  appeal
listing Case Nos. D-238126, as well as D-243255.  Filed almost four
months  after  the motion  to vacate  was  denied, this  appeal (CA
69818) of Case No. D-238126 is not timely and is hereby dismissed. 
     CA 69817, which is  the appeal of D-243255, will  be addressed
separately by this court.

     It is ordered  that appellee  recover of  appellant her  costs
herein taxed.  
     A certified copy  of this entry  shall constitute the  mandate
pursuant  to  Rule   27  of  the  Rules   of  Appellate  Procedure.
