     This case was scheduled  for oral argument on  September 20,
1995, however, on  September 18,  1995, appellants and  appellees
filed a "Stipulated Voluntary Dismissal of Appeal" stating:
               Counsel for appellants  and appellees in  the
          above-named appeal hereby give notice, pursuant to
          Ohio App.R.28, of their stipulation that the above
          appeal and proceedings be dismissed, each party to
          bear its own costs.  
     Accordingly, pursuant to  App.R.28, the  case sub judice  is
hereby dismissed, each party to bear its own costs.
     IT IS SO ORDERED.
