Just picked up a nice FT-205 AT 2M single band 5W HT at Fall Hosstraders but
without a manual.  Works OK so far on simplex, but unable to hit any
repeaters yet w/o PL.

Couple questions

Is the PL programmable from the front panel?  If so how?  If not, how to set
PL tone frequency? Which position of the TONE pushbutton (in or out) turns
on the PL?

Which position (in or out) of the HI/LOW power pushbutton is HIGH?

Memory battery apparently dead, radio won't hold channel programming  info
for more than an hour or so.  Memory battery appears soldered in.  Battery
spec?  Normal to be soldered in?
