HF WX Fax is tranmitted in SSB, so the answer there is no. However, try 
listening for the NOAA sats on 137.500 and 137.620. While the signal is 
wider deviation Fm, pretty respectable pictures can be decoded using 
software like wxtoimg. Google the noaa sats for more info.
