I just got back from a trip to Puerto Rico. I had brought my Ht with
me with hopes of hitting one of the repeaters for IRLP so i could QSO
with my dad back in VA. I dont think I was able to hit the repeater.

My dad and I where talking about making a portable 2m antenna that I
could hook up to the HT if I decide to go back down there some time.

Any ideas on what would be a good portable 2m antenna?
My requirements:
small, light weight (would probably be in carry on luggage)
as far as set up and moutning i would be staying in a hotel in San
Juan.
