Allison & Bob,

Thank you both for the replies.  I think I need to just get into the 
spirit of ham radio and start experimenting.  I have been reading and 
reading about different antennas and don't think that it will make 
much sense until I just experiment with it.  Starting from ground zero 
alone is daunting.  Boy, I'm getting old.
